Job Title: Adolescent IOT Facilitator

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled therapist to lead groups and provide individual therapy to adolescents and their families who struggle with mental health and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about SUD and have experience leading groups or be willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to adolescents and their families
  • Collaborate with community referral resources
  • Complete ongoing clinical assessments and treatment planning
  • Document services provided in a timely manner
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team staffing with psychiatrists, APRNs, and HSPPs

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • Associate license or fully licensed in Indiana
  • Experience leading groups or willingness to learn
