Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our dynamic treatment team in Chicago (Orland Park), IL. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing personalized care and guidance throughout their laser hair removal journey.
Responsibilities- Perform laser hair removal treatments with precision and attention to detail, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Educate patients on the laser hair removal process, pre- and post-treatment care recommendations, and ensure they feel comfortable and informed throughout their experience.
- Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their aesthetic goals, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for each client.
- Record accurate and detailed medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Perform minor maintenance on the laser equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Communicate effectively with Regional Clinical Specialists, Medical Management Specialists, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Active, unencumbered LPN license.
- Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Visual acuity and ability to operate laser equipment and computer systems.
