Responsibilities:Daily Duties:

1. Perform dynamic dance routines during open hours to attract guests onto the dance floor.
2. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers, ensuring excellent communication and service skills.
3. Collaborate with other departments to promote a cohesive and efficient work environment.

Performance Requirements:

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of popular musical trends and relevant dances to stay up-to-date with the latest styles.
• Prioritize adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing performance schedules and guest preferences.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 18 years old (with appropriate age verification for serving alcohol).
• Previous experience in public performances or similar entertainment settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
