We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians, ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver exceptional patient care and service
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze data and reports to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience (preferred)
