Wind Turbine Technician

We are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our team at Sky Climber Renewables. As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on wind turbines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of turbine components
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues with turbine systems
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and industry standards
• Document all work performed, including maintenance records and repair histories

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in wind turbine maintenance or a related field
• Ability to climb wind turbines and work at heights of up to 300 feet
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with ability to read and understand technical diagrams and schematics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
