Sakonnet Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Age Coordinator to lead our preschool operations and foster a positive learning community.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily preschool operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with state standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and students to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year in early childhood education leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles.
  • Experience in curriculum development and effective communication.
