Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Tennessee or Compact State
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Stepdown unit
  • BLS and ACLS certification
