Job Summary

Sollis Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Emergency Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional emergency and urgent care to adult and pediatric patients in our clinics, working closely with Physicians and Advanced Care Providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Prioritize Patient Care: Obtain medical history, patient vital signs, intake, and prioritize patient care to ensure timely and effective treatment.
  • Perform Medical Procedures: Obtain IV access, phlebotomy, administer vaccines, perform POC rapid tests, administer IV medications and fluids, and perform EKGs as needed.
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Team: Work closely with our clinical team members to ensure all policies are adhered to and that you deliver quality care in an innovative setting.
  • Document Patient Information: Document patient information in Sollis' EHR and within Salesforce for our membership team.
  • Coordinate Additional Care: Coordinate additional care with our Aftercare, and house calls teams or with one of our Medical Partners as needed.
  • Provide Patient-Centered Care: Make patients comfortable, patiently and professionally answering any questions they have and using patient-centered empathetic communication at all times.
  • Participate in House Calls: Participate in a house call if requested.
  • Perform Related Duties: Perform related duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • License: Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in CA required.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire.
  • Experience: Must have 2-3 years prior emergency or urgent care experience.
Compensation

The anticipated rate for this position is $68-$71 per hour, dependent on several factors including years of experience, location, and education.
