Position Overview

We are in search of an Exceptional Needs Educator with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in special education. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of students with special needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored instruction to students requiring special education services.
  • Design and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Engage in collaboration with fellow educators, support personnel, and families to enhance student learning.
  • Monitor and document the academic progress of students.

Student Caseload:

Focus on students with Autism, in an elementary setting, with a manageable class size of 7 students.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or Special Education.
  • Certification as a Special Education Teacher.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
