Reports to:

Recruitment Director

Purpose:

The Recruiter will assist the Recruitment Director in developing and achieving the recruitment goals and activities for the organization. Specifically, the Recruiter will handle the processing of all recruitment-related administrative activities within the agreed timeline and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Service
  • Handle all recruitment-related inquiries in a timely and customer-responsive manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both applicants and client facilities by ensuring a positive experience in the recruitment process.
  • Handle all communication over the phone, face-to-face, emails, social media inquiries, etc.
  • Ensure all information required is given to the applicant as well as all details pertaining to the opening are obtained from the client.
Recruitment Administration
  • Ensure that candidates meet all pre-determined qualifications set forth by the client as well as submit all documentation requirements.
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks on shortlisted applicants prior to submission to the client.
  • Collect, screen, and collate all documentation requirements from the applicant. Ensure all documents meet the agency's, clients', Joint Commission, and Department of Health's standards.
  • Recruit for qualified candidates using various sources such as job websites, referrals, data base, and other means and screen them based on predetermined qualification criteria.
Retention and Compliance
  • Continually liaise with hired candidates to monitor their assignment as well as gather feedback from the client regarding candidate performance.
  • Ensure that Candidates' initial documents are in compliance with agency, client, Joint Commission, and Department of Health standards prior to turn over to the client and Staffing Coordinator.
  • Maintain close coordination with client contacts to generate possible job vacancies for recruitment.
  • Transfer all entries on the recruitment modules to the TSS modules prior to turn over to the Staffing Coordinator.
