Cake Decorator

Job Summary: As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the bakery area is well-stocked and maintained, and that our members receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorate Cakes and Pastries: Use your creativity and skills to design and decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods for our members.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the bakery area is clean, organized, and meets our high standards of sanitation and food safety.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with our members, answer their questions, and provide them with exceptional service to ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Work Collaboratively with Team Members: Collaborate with other associates to achieve our goals, share knowledge and expertise, and support each other in our roles.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, including ingredients, nutritional information, and any relevant recalls or safety notices.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a fresh production area, be at least 18 years old, and be able to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Preferred Qualifications: A background in cake decorating or a related field is preferred, but not required.
