Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods that meet our high standards.

• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training to develop a team-oriented culture.
• Comply with Company Policies: Implement related action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply standards of ethics and integrity in executing business processes.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Meet Minimum Qualifications: Have 6 months' experience in a fresh production area and be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred Qualifications: Possess cake decorating skills and experience.

This role is based at our Grand Blanc, MI location.
