Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses
- Counsel and educate patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concerns
- Document patient information, including chief complaint, past medical history, and treatment plans
- Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans, prescribe medications, and order lab and imaging tests
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
- Complete documentation and paperwork in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Board certified in Family Medicine
- Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Outpatient Clinic experience
- Managed Care / IPA / Health Plan experience
