- 2+ years of experience in a marina or hospitality-related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Valid NJ Boating Certificate and 3 years of boating experience.
