About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in long-term care settings. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized evaluations to determine patient goals and develop customized intervention plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions
