We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at King Honda in Auburn, Alabama. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Carefully listen to customers' needs and translate them into actionable tasks for our technicians.
- Upsell additional services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods that prioritize customers' best interests.
- Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates, ensuring transparency and trust with our clients.
- Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Follow up on each repair, keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
- Sell and manage extended warranties, offering peace of mind for our valued customers.
- Inspect repair quality, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup, demonstrating our commitment to punctuality and efficiency.
- Review and explain repairs, including associated costs, in a clear and concise manner.
- Handle minor customer concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Keep the Service Manager informed of any problems or potential problems, fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards, consistently striving for excellence.
