We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at CRH - APAC - Alabama, Inc. as a Dozer Operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a dozer to ensure efficient and safe site operations.
  • Operate equipment at the required production pace to meet project deadlines.
  • Fine Grade to specifications in the construction and maintenance of structures, such as streets, parking lots, and roads.
  • Understand and follow verbal communication and written instructions from supervisors and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or Loader Operator.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Strong understanding of site safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
