Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on a 10-hour shift and 40 hours per week schedule.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to work with us in Anchorage, Alaska. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring high-quality images are produced.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and CT scanners
- Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety
- Produce high-quality images, adhering to radiation safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) certification
- Experience working with medical imaging equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
