Job Overview

Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans, and other kitchen equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including the dish machine and chemicals
  • Ensure the work area and equipment stay clean throughout shift
  • Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed
  • Inspect and verify machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the work day
