Expeditor Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Expeditor to join our team at Matrix Project Services, LLC. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, procurement personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance and reduce lead times.
• Prepare and review reports on supplier progress and expediting activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement administration, expediting, scheduling, and accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
