Job Summary

We are seeking a Power Electrical Apprentice to join our team in helping to build utility-scale solar projects. As a key member of our electrical team, you will assist with electrical tasks and ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the electrical team with electrical tasks, including measuring, cutting, and bending wire and conduit.
  • Safely utilize hand and power tools after proper training.
  • Lift, position, and fasten objects, and prepare, handle, and supply materials and tools for electrical trades.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment.
  • Work under immediate and close supervision according to standard instructions and established procedures.
  • Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Some construction and/or electrical experience.
  • Current driver's license.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to frequently work in heat and other weather conditions.
  • Frequently crouch, kneel, squat, climb.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently reach high and low places.
  • Ability to see, hear, balance, and review job sites.
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout workday.
  • Ability to use repetitive hand/arm/leg movements.
