We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of the anesthesia care team, you will be responsible for assisting the anesthesia provider in providing high-quality patient care.

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Prepare and apply patient warming modalities as needed.
• Participate in problem identification and resolution, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives.
• Manage work assignments to ensure completion of patient care activities.
• Coordinate with the perioperative team to facilitate a prompt room turnover.

• Graduate of an accredited program in Anesthesia Technology with an AS degree or certified by the American Society of Technologists and Technicians (ASATT) as a Technologist.
• IV Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Basic Life Support certifications.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs of equipment from an overhead position on a daily basis and push/pull up to 500 lbs.
• Keyboarding skills and ability to use computer software applications, including the Health Connect system.
