We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Optalis Healthcare for a night shift position. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including evaluating patients, administering medications, and assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients, adhering to departmental policies and procedures, as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to resolve patient concerns and needs, promoting patient independence and dignity.
  • Stay up-to-date on nurse training and education, as well as facility policy and procedure.
Requirements:
  • Valid State LPN license
  • Valid Identification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in long-term care
  • Prior experience with Infection Control
