At the University of California, Riverside, we are seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our team in inpatient and outpatient settings on a per diem basis. As a Pediatrician with UCR Health, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to the Inland Southern California community.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Pediatrician to work in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and mixed settings. The ideal candidate will have completed residency training from an accredited program and be board eligible or certified. As a per diem physician, you will work on a variable schedule, with a maximum of 43% of the time.
Responsibilities- Supervise and/or perform a full range of professional work in primary care medicine involving the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric patients.
- Work collaboratively with other physician groups for patient care.
- Provide patient care activities under medical supervision, with more difficult and complex cases referred to Associate Physicians.
- Completed residency training from an accredited program.
- Board eligibility and successful completion of the board exam within 18 months of hire.
- Minimum of one year of practice post-residency training from an accredited program and board certification.
The expected pay scale for this position is $130.00 per hour, with a full salary range of $131.90 per hour. Salary offers are based on a variety of considerations, including education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
