Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, industry partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 15 years of diversified safety experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in implementing comprehensive safety programs that reduce injury risk and ensure compliance.
  • Technical expertise in risks, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of safety regulatory requirements and strategies for achieving compliance.
  • Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
  • Experience with EHS safety management software for multiple locations.
  • Certifications in Safety (CSP) and Industrial Hygiene (CIH) highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree related to environmental, health, and safety.
Location

Must be located or willing to relocate to a Fairlife site: Chicago, IL; Goodyear, AZ; Coopersville, MI; Rochester, NY.

Reports to

VP, Quality and Safety.

Travel Requirements

50% to 70% to production facilities or office locations.
