Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Audit Senior to join our Audit and Assurance Services Group. In this full-time role, you will oversee the audit process for our clients in the non-profit and banking sectors. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the finance industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit engagements for non-profit and banking clients
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Evaluate risks and controls within client operations
  • Design and implement audit plans and methodologies
  • Analyze financial statements and audit results
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and communicate findings effectively
  • Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing client operations and controls
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices

Qualifications:
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing non-profit organizations
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Experience with 990, 990T forms and related state tax returns is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CaseWare and/or QuickBooks is a plus
