Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing nursing care in post-acute care facilities.
  • Checking vital signs and providing regular reports to the nursing team.
  • Observing resident conditions and alerting supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Keeping the environment clean and sanitary by changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicating with family members and other visitors to address their concerns.
  • Moving residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • A current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents.
