Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead the Hospital Foundation, a critical access hospital serving the residents of Montana. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the management functions of the foundation, including budget preparation, funds accounting, and distribution of funds as approved by the Foundation Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the management functions of the Hospital Foundation, including budget preparation, funds accounting, and distribution of funds as approved by the Foundation Board of Directors.
- Ensure that operational procedures and policies of the hospital and its foundation are followed.
- Prospect identification, donor cultivation, proposal development, major gift solicitation, donor recognition, and coordination with the hospital's CEO, Board of Directors, and Foundation Board of Directors.
- Represent and advocate for the hospital and its initiatives within the local community and county.
Requirements
- Tenured background in non-profit fundraising in the healthcare setting with managerial experience.
- Ability to start your legacy and support the greater Montana community, staff, and leadership.
