HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the rehabilitation department, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the needs of our residents.
- Staff Management: Supervise and develop a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of rehabilitation services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Business Development: Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for growth and development, ensuring that the rehabilitation department is aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Associate's degree in an allied health field, Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or Master's degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation department, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and managing a team of professionals.
- Licensure: Must maintain valid state professional licensure.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
