Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart. This role is responsible for ensuring customers have a great first and last impression by gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts, cleaning restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed, and having a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

Salary:** $22-$23 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Gather carts from the parking lot
- Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
- Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed
- Have a positive attitude in all weather conditions
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
