Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually for shifts, adhere to appointment schedules, and complete services within the designated time frame.
- Deliver consistent and professional nail, hand, and foot treatments in line with spa protocols and recognized certification standards.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the spa's operational needs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and utilize appropriate quantities of products to support cost management.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all services and products, providing education and training to guests.
- Promote home care programs and achieve minimum retail sales targets.
- Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards as mandated by regulations and spa policies.
- Conduct preparatory work and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Report any incidents involving staff or guests that require management attention.
- Actively market the spa's treatments, services, and retail offerings, including promotions and discounts.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to all guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Foster a positive atmosphere and contribute to a high-quality work environment.
- Regularly participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in various aspects of spa operations as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain a valid state license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a luxury spa setting.
- Experience in guest service training is advantageous.
