Job Summary

Rehabilitation Aides play a vital role in supporting therapists in providing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. They assist with administrative tasks, maintain a safe and organized treatment environment, and help patients with exercises and therapy activities as directed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist therapists in preparing treatment areas and setting up equipment.
  • Help patients with exercises and therapy activities as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rehabilitation area.
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Monitor patient progress and report findings to therapists.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in rehabilitation assistance preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of rehabilitation practices is a plus.
