Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Private Duty Nursing professional to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of private duty nursing services.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing patient needs and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
  • Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
Requirements
  • Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Nurse experience preferred.
