  • We offer a salary range of $51,829 - $93,115 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include performing respiratory therapy duties, maintaining accurate records, providing education to patients and families, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

  • You will also be expected to collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensure effective communication, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree from a Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) approved program or completion of the requirements to become registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Additionally, you must hold a current State of Iowa Respiratory Care Practitioner license and possess a current CPR certification card.

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent ICU level experience is preferred, as well as experience with electronic medical record documentation systems.
