About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Insurance Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at D4C Dental Brands. As a key member of our oral surgery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient care and efficient insurance processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient insurance benefits and review treatment plans for submission to insurance companies
  • Communicate financial information to patients and submit insurance claims to payers
  • Check oral surgery patients at the front desk, answer incoming calls, and schedule appointments
Requirements
  • CPR and X-ray Certification
  • Associate degree or higher, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of medical billing and insurance experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical or dental environment with direct customer service
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, as well as other dental software
Working Conditions
