Licensed Skin Care Specialist:

As a passionate and outgoing individual, you will excel in the role of our new Licensed Skin Care Specialist. You will take charge of the entire skin wellness segment within your establishment. Utilizing your effective communication skills and a genuine desire to assist others, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and build a loyal customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional skin health treatments and services while adhering to established protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality skin health treatments and services to clients.
• Educate clients about the range of skin health services available and their benefits.
• Consult with clients to identify their skin health needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Engage potential clients through various outreach methods, including consultations and follow-up calls.
• Organize and promote beauty events to attract new clientele.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician with proven experience in the field.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
