- Provide an outstanding fitness experience for participants in every session.
- Follow class outlines while making necessary adjustments to meet participants' needs.
- Monitor and assess exercise intensity during each session.
- Arrive ahead of time to prepare the space and maintain cleanliness.
- Conduct classes consistently with minimal changes to the schedule.
- Maintain clear communication with the Group Fitness Manager.
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and sanitized after use.
- Valid certification in fitness instruction is required.
- Current CPR/AED certification must be maintained.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise adaptations.
