Financial Analyst, Sr.

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst, Sr. to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business insights, delivering bookings, churn, revenue, and top-line critical metric reporting and forecasting.

The Role

• This position will focus on Sales Bookings and Spend, working closely with the Sales organization to develop a strong understanding of how we generate Revenue at WP Engine.
• You will be responsible for running our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Processes, establishing a strong operational understanding of the Sales organization, and partnering with the business to build business cases to hit their Plan targets.
• You will also have the opportunity to work on projects related to MRR, Marketing, and CX, leveraging your knowledge of the Sales organization to drive strategic analytics and decision support.
• As a key member of our team, you will be expected to develop a strong operational understanding of the Sales organization, including Acquisition, Account Management, Agency, Sales Engineering, Rev Ops, and XDR functions.

The Day-to-Day

• Business Partnership - You will build relationships with leaders across the Sales organization, working closely with them to drive business outcomes.
• Planning & Forecasting - You will be responsible for planning and forecasting, working closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Operationalizing the Plan - You will work closely with the business to operationalize the plan, ensuring that leaders stay on track to hit their targets.
• Strategic Work - You will have the opportunity to generate your own opinions on how to improve the business, conducting research and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Your Skills and Expertise

• 2+ years' experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or investing, or experience on a Strategic Finance team at a fast-growing company.
• Experience building financial models, business cases, and developing automated reports and dashboards.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Ability to plan effectively, multi-task, and execute timely to deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to be agile, focusing on most relevant and highest priorities.
• Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn about the company and the industry.
• GTM & Previous SaaS experience is a plus.

Base Salary Range: $84,000.00 - $126,000.00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
