Job Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with the skills and passion to deliver exceptional care to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Schedule:
This position requires flexibility and adaptability, with varying schedules depending on patient needs. You will work closely with a dynamic team to provide lifesaving care during regularly scheduled and on-call shifts.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $68,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. Compensation may vary based on specific requirements and circumstances.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice;
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree;
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) preferred but not required;
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification may be beneficial;
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible;
- Successful completion of the pre-employment color blind test, accommodation may be provided.
