Job Opportunity at Believers Child Development Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Teacher for our Potty Training Room.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging daily activities tailored to the developmental needs of our young learners.
  • Develop and execute lesson plans that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Build strong relationships with children, providing guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate potty training.
  • Ensure timely attendance and maintain a responsible work ethic.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid ID.
  • Have a GED or high school diploma.
  • Possess reliable transportation to work.
  • Demonstrate reliability and a commitment to excellence.
  • Complete two training classes and become a member of the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry upon hire.

About Believers Child Development Center:

We are a 2 STAR facility located in Durant, OK, offering full-time services to young children (0-4/5) and afterschool services to children 4-12. Our facility is shared with Believers Church, and we work closely with them to provide the best possible care for our children.
