Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at one of our partner facilities in Yakima, Washington. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and lab results.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Washington.
- At least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an ED setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
