We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from physical impairments and improve their mobility and function.
Responsibilities:- Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
- Assist patients in improving mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for daily living.
- Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
