Job Summary:

Race Winning Brands is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for generating, updating, and maintaining programs for CNC mills through CAM software, manual programming, and custom macro programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient CNC programs that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to develop and improve CNC programs.
  • Continuously improve the programming process to contribute to RWB's goal of becoming a world-class organization.
  • Work effectively with all employees and/or outside suppliers/customers to meet RWB's strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise in team activities and contribute to the development of efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Perform CNC program maintenance and updates due to design changes.
  • Operate machines as required and communicate with group leaders and/or the Mfg Engineering Manager regarding work-related issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and promptness of all work.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and identify/improve manufacturing methods/processes as required.
Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years of machining experience using CNC mills and 1-2 years programming experience using CAM software.

Computer Skills:

CAM software packages, Microsoft Office Suite, Email/Outlook.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates. Strong problem-solving skills.

Other Skills:

Working knowledge of CAD systems, solid understanding of machine processes and cutting tools. Thorough knowledge of common measurement procedures, equipment, and practices.
