Autism Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-home support services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Implement safe and effective alternative behaviors and reinforcement strategies.
  • Adhere to treatment plans and interventions, exercising sound judgment and seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Accurately collect and document behavioral data in our system after each session.
  • Engage in ongoing training and receive clinical supervision.
  • Collaborate with and operate under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Completion of a 40-hour RBT course or possession of a Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT).
  • Mandatory: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Human Services-related field, along with a current RBT Certification.

Note: All non-registered Behavior Technicians must obtain their RBT certification within 60 days of employment.

Physical Requirements:

Compensation: Up to $30 per hour.
