Autism Support Technician

Join our dedicated team at Autism Behavioral Institute, where we are committed to enhancing the lives of children with autism. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home support services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Implement safe and effective alternative behaviors and reinforcement strategies.
- Adhere to treatment plans and interventions, exercising sound judgment and seeking guidance when necessary.
- Accurately collect and document behavioral data in our system after each session.
- Engage in ongoing training and receive clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with and operate under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Mandatory: Completion of a 40-hour RBT course or possession of a Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT).
- Mandatory: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Human Services-related field, along with a current RBT Certification.
Note: All non-registered Behavior Technicians must obtain their RBT certification within 60 days of employment.

Physical Requirements:

Compensation: Up to $30 per hour.
