Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Musical Instrument Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and quality work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craftsmanship:** Service customer-owned instruments with precision and care, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Focus:** Provide an excellent customer experience by understanding their needs and expectations, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the repair process.
  • Inventory Management:** Maintain store-owned gear as requested, ensuring it remains in optimal condition and meets our high standards.
  • Warranty Repairs:** Complete warranty repair work efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Additional Duties:** Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our repair department.

 

Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and other musical instruments.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
