Behavior Technician (RBT) Role at Behavior Treatment & Analysis

We're seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Behavior Treatment & Analysis. As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in implementing personalized ABA programs that enhance clients' communication, social, and self-help skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA programs, working directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods.
  • Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience preferred but not required.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM – 5 PM (minimum 25 hours/week).
  • Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
