Extrusion Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Extrusion Lead to join our BCS Team in Springdale, Arkansas. As an Extrusion Lead at Arconic, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the success of our production operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving Operational Staffing: Manage day-to-day staffing to meet production demands.
• Scheduling and Training: Ensure up-to-date schedules and manage training plans to bridge skills gaps.
• Attendance and Compliance: Monitor attendance and manage violations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• HSSE and HR Reporting: Ensure timely completion and submission of weekly EHS and HR reports.
• Supply Chain Management: Manage all supplies and tooling orders, as well as extrusion supplies.
• TPM Coordination: Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure effective TPM processes.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by management.

• Prior Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience is required.
• JDE and WorkBrain Proficiency: Must be fluent in JDE and WorkBrain software.
• General Knowledge of Extrusion Processes: Must have a solid understanding of extrusion processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
