We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Go Get Em Tiger, a growing coffee retail and roasting company in Los Angeles. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, brewing high-quality coffee, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
- Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines and brewers
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
