We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team at The Joseph, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working evenings, weekends, and open availability. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Provide exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area, including the bar, tables, and surrounding areas
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1-2 years of bartending experience in a luxury environmentPassion for mixology and a desire to create unique and memorable experiences for our guestsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and as part of a teamWhat We Offer
