We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network-Nursing. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care to NICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Active NJ/COMPACT State Registered Nurse License
- BLS - AHA
- NRP (AHA Only)
- Float Requirement: Yes, pediatrics/picu as needed
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Additional certifications may be required
